Overpriced parts, no upfront communication of diagnostic costs, charged for parts that I did not authorize to be replaced, hidden charges for parts and supplies after I had already being charged for them, rude (idgaf attitude) service manager. The shuttle service was the only good part of the experience, so 1 star for that.
