Their diagnosis/quote was accurate and fair; even a little less than I was preparing for. They finished the work on time, and stuck with the quoted price. Something that’s been hard for me to find in the past with other shops. I’ll be coming back in a few weeks to get some additional work done that’s not immediately necessary. Feel fully confident in their workmanship and trustworthiness. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in a heartbeat.

It was a great experience, I call in the morning and like half hour later they show up and fix my tire, put me back on the road in no time great work.

I went to this shop today to fix "cv axle leak". They told me to give information and drop the car. They will check and call me. I waited whole day but they didn't call me back. And I needed to call them to ask if my car could be done today? They told me again to have them check and call me back. But they still don't call back. At the end of the day come back to get my car back as I need to go to work tomorrow. And they charged me $163.49 for checking fee. I don’t know what they are check, I clearly wrote in my info “fix passenger side cv axle leaking” and asked if they could fix it? I don't ask for anything else. Didn’t get an answer. Didn’t get a call back. Never recommend this place.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Mr Adam is the associate who helped me. I had first visited Discount tire in front of academy. They tried to upsale me on stuff I didn’t need. Quote me over 4k for wheels and tires when I only went in for 2 tires. I ended up spending 2k with Crossroads tire because adam consulted with and got me set up right. 10/10 will recommend anyone needing help with new tires or car/truck related questions.
