Good place for farm equipment and dirt equipment, but it's not a good idea to take your road truck with polished wheels. They were taking off my polished wheel and just let the lug nuts fly all over the wheel, then one nut got stuck in the socket and the Technician just beat the socket on my wheel to get the nut out. I notified management, and it seems they really don't care. I bet if they were the one doing the polishing, they would see it a bit different!! Never again!!!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention at the time it occurred and by speaking personally to me on Friday, as well Mr. Blakeman. As discussed previously, our team was addressed accordingly, which is to take the proper steps on removing lug nuts and also how to properly remove a stuck lug nut in socket-not by banging on any rim. We’re sorry for the frustration that you have experienced. We continuously work to create good customer service and provide the best possible experience in service.
