Anthony every step of this process was reviewed, accepted, and authorized to proceed by you. The initial conversation was going to be a costly amount due to the distance of the tow. The tow bill from Three Rivers to Victoria was costly and was authorized by you. I did however make you aware of the distance and made a few recommendation as to where you could tow it to that was closer, but you understood and asked me to send towing truck out anyway. When you hit the curb, it caused some extensive damages. We installed the transmission cooler line that was no longer there. We noticed your radiator was leaking on both sides so we replaced what needed to be replaced, we topped it off with coolant at this point it was running good. We did notice the alignment was off and put it up on the rack. We found multiple issues- including the right lower control arm being cracked and bent, worn bushings, missing bump stop and issues with your lift kit.
