Well, what can I say it was an excellent experience. I am very pleased with the service provided by Rory and the technicians. Everything was nice and clean. I’d recommend crossroad tires. I will come back and do business with them in the future.

Don't waste your time stopping here like I did for a wheel seal. Just go on to the TA where they have more than one mechanic and your problem will be fixed within a few hours instead of days. Thank you for validating my review with your reply.

We would like to apologize that we could not assist you Mr. McGee during your time of need. You stopped at the shop, requesting to have your wheel seal replaced. Unfortunately, our mechanics were covered up with jobs in house and or with service calls. We informed you of this and that we were not able to complete the work you were needing in a timely manner. We had roadside service. Our tire had a slit in it and was losing air. Called for service and they came immediately to help us. As li was a slit and not a puncture Mark patched it and suggested a new tire as he didn't feel right about just patching it. We were able to get to the shop and Mark had already called in a new replacement for us. Almost finished with the process. I appreciate Mark's knowledge and caring to keep us safe. Also Jennifer the lady that answered our call for help was very pleasant with handling us. Thank you all for your kind and wonderful service!
