💯👎👎👎👎👎 I was there about 3 months ago one of their guys in the back it was a black guy that broke my tire key to take off the lug nuts now I'm not racist put that out there so y'all won't get it twisted so the manager cuss me out I went there to get tires put on my car and I told the manager just go ahead and put my vehicle down off the rack so she cussed me out that's not being a very good employee for a manager I was very unsatisfied so I went to the other one on Navarro the one that's supposed to be over that one and that manager cussed me out too and told me to leave and she would not even make it right at all they should fire them two ladies the other one at this location right here and the other one at the other location on Navarro they should fire both of them managers because that's not the way you treat people and that's not the way you handle things when you're a manager that is unprofessional wise that is not right we are customers for the money hours paying for my tires she treated me like shirt and hire somebody that knows how to treat customers with respect and not disrespect them I call them names and out their names in person.
Mr. Darnell, In June, you ordered tires from us, which we worked with you, giving you an awesome deal on a set of tires. You then came to our shop to have them installed. Our technician, whom you kept referring to as "Ol' boy" had to enter your car to locate your wheel lock in order to remove the tires. You became upset, began raising your voice and accusing “Ol’ boy” of digging around in your stuff".. After you were becoming unreasonable about the situation, our manager made the decision to decline servicing your vehicle. The safety ring on wheel lock separated. Even though it was still functional, we replaced the wheel lock-at no charge. Mr. Darnell, after further investigation with the staff and manager, at no time did anyone curse at you at either of our locations.
